沿革：

本會歷經二次改名，1998年創立時，原名為財團法人青少年友愛文教基金會，後改為財團法人青少年友愛教育事務基金會，為了服務更多元族群，本會董事會決議2020年再次更名，確立本會名稱變更為「財團法人友愛教育事務基金會」，此名稱一直沿用至今。

Our foundation, Youai Education Foundation, has a rich history and a commitment to serving diverse communities. Established in the year 1998, we initially began as Youai Culture and Education Foundation. Later, in 2020, we evolved into Youai Education Foundation to better align with our mission.

宗旨：

以辦理公益文教為目的。

本基金會認同《梁惠王》中曾寫道「老吾老以及人之老，幼吾幼以及人之幼」、《禮運大同篇》也提到「人不獨親其親，不獨子其子；使老有所終，壯有所用，幼有所長」等理念，且本基金會延續孔子、孟子在古代典籍中闡述的思想，為長者及青少年族群提供公益相關服務。

Continuing the ancient wisdom of Confucius and Mencius, Youai Education Fundation provides charitable services for both seniors and youth.
